Facebook is an important social media tool. This site will allow you to create a Fakebook account for a character in any one of the pioneer books we are currently reading. You must have at least 5 posts before you are able to publish your Fakebook account. There is no sign up necessary. Simply go to https://www.classtools.net/FB/home-page to start.
Timeline and Google Earth
The links in this resource will allow you to view a timeline of the moving that Laura did with her family at such a young age. Using Google Earth you will be able to see where she moved to and the museums and historical sites that remain there today. You might consider using these tools in your own inquiry project on pioneer life.

Bubbl.us allows you to create a mind map (bubble map) of your topic. It will be very useful as you plan your inquiry project or brainstorm and plan your makerspace activity.
